I’ve got a Sony blu-ray player it is the bdp – s3 700 model it is kind of a middle-of-the-road model but I’m going to be doing an unboxing and review of this product today cutting into the box here I’ve actually already opened it but it’s please put it up a while ago so we have the remote and it does come with two batteries
I’m just going to go ahead and pop those in so it has a remote and it comes with batteries this is the remote by the way it’s actually pretty nice and then we have our power supply and then if you pull this little thingy out yes things I don’t know we’re cool things you pull this thing out and then this is the blu-ray player itself which comes and actually some pretty decent packaging so Trash the box okay and so now here we have the blu-ray player itself and as you can see there are some scratches right there because a ps2 was sitting on top of it apparently it is really easy to scratch so because I didn’t get moved around very much so as you can see this blu-ray player has a total of three connectors on the back one 12-volt power input one Ethernet connector one HDMI out and one coaxial out as you can see as far as front-facing connectors that only has one USB port and as you can see on the front of the blu-ray player it has one eject button and one power button and as for the size of the blu-ray player itself it’s about one inch thick and I would say about seven by nine inches and it’s really not that heavy it’s actually pretty light the blu-ray player itself can play DVDs and blu-rays but it also is a smart boy a player it can do Netflix YouTube Hulu all those kinds of services that does not have 4k upscaling this is like the mid model there were a lot of different models this particular player there is a 4k upscaling one and an actual 4k playing one Lengths who buy this DVD player and all the others just like it will be in the description below okay so let’s go try it out okay so as you can see I do have the blu-ray player hooked up to my television first thing we’re going to try is YouTube because we’re going to try some apps and it does have to do this loading process but it doesn’t take too long I had to perform an update a minute ago but it should be ready to go now okay so YouTube is loading as you can see here you okay so I’m not going to in here I’m going to start everything Apple probe okay so everything Apple Pro has popped up and his latest video is here let me grab the volume controller okay so you can see it has loaded perfectly fine with YouTube working perfectly fine on this DVD player now you go home by hitting this home button here and it should take you home now the only other thing we are going to test today is Netflix if you have any other questions comment down below and I’ll try to get back with you okay so as you can see Netflix has loaded and everything has played so let’s something good to play I do not know I am just going to try something so I’m just going to try something I’m going to try Super Girl season two and I’m just going to her season one I’m just going to hit play just to show you all how it plays the show but it’s ok there we go I was about to say it’s not really loading very fast ok so it has loaded and see if we can speed through it because that’s kind of part of having a television show sometimes so okay so it’s bed two perfectly fine therefore it works perfectly fine as far as I can see but it’s not one go home.
